Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1-2 bunches Asparagus
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425' and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Trim the fat ends of the asparagus off (about an inch) and wrap 3-4 stalks with one slice of bacon to make a bundle. Repeat until all the asparagus is wrapped
  • Place bundles on lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the pre-heated oven. Cook for 10 minutes and then flip them over and cook for another 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked and crispy

Notes

*to reheat these, I like to crisp them back up in a saute pan instead of the microwave
