  • 8 Tbls Grass Fed Butter (softened) can use vegan butter for dairy free
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter creamy
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbls Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


  • Pre-heat oven to 350' and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
  • In a large mixing bowl add the softened butter, coconut sugar, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk well until smooth and fully combined
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt
    Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold together until fully incorporated
    Mix in the chocolate chips
  • Pour the batter into the lined baking dish and spread out evenly with a rubber spatula
    Bake for 30 minutes and test with a toothpick (should come out clean) baking times may vary depending on elevation

To get the marbling on top of the brownies, place 4 dollops of almond butter on top of the batter once it has been spread out in the pan. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the almond butter and then bake (not included in nutrition facts)
To make this recipe even more decadent melt some of the chocolate chips and drizzle on top before serving
