  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops 1 - 1 ½ inches thick
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder*
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Mustard Powder
  • ¼ tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • Avocado Oil Spray

  • Mix the spices in a small bowl to combine (salt, pepper, garlic powder, ancho chili powder, mustard powder, and onion powder)
Pat the pork chops with a paper towel and season both sides of each one with the spice mixture
  • Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in an even layer (you might have to do two batches depending on the size of your air fryer)
Set temp to 375'F and cook time to 8 minutes
Flip the pork chops halfway through at 4 minutes
  • Once done (internal temp should be 145'F) remove from basket and let rest on a cutting board for 3-5 minutes before slicing

*if you can't find ancho chili powder, you can use regular chili powder. It just won't have that smokiness that the ancho brings
*WW SmartPoints are based on the Blue Plan
I recommend letting the pork chops come to room temperature before cooking - this helps keep them from drying out
I don't recommend using frozen pork chops. Thaw in the fridge overnight before using
Bone-In pork chops will take longer to cook, start with 10 minutes flipping halfway through and check internal temperature
Thin boneless pork chops will cook faster
