Easy Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

These Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. They are crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle.

  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 Tbls Avocado Oil or olive oil
  • 1 Tbls Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Parsley


  • Preheat air fryer to 380'F 
    Cube your potatoes trying to keep them a similar size to help them cook evenly. 
    Then add them to a mixing bowl. Pour the oil in the bowl with the potatoes along with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and toss to combine. 
  • Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 20-30 minutes.
    Be sure to toss the potatoes in the basket halfway through to make sure they crisp evenly.
    When done, add more salt as needed and top with parsley and serve.
