Creamy, crunchy and spiced up, this coleslaw will be your new favorite side dish. It is so easy to throw together but it is absolutely loaded with flavor!

  • 16 oz Bag of Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded & diced
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbls Lime Juice about 2 small limes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbls Honey* optional


  • In a large bowl add the mayo, hot sauce, lime juice and salt and pepper (and honey if using)
    Mix together with a whisk. Then add in the remaining ingredients and toss together with the dressing
    Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and then taste for salt and pepper before serving


*the honey adds sweetness to the coleslaw but is not Whole30 compliant or low carb - the coleslaw is absolutely delicious both ways - you can also use your favorite sugar free sweetener to keep this low carb
