Instructions
Add the mayo, coconut milk, white wine vinegar and dried herbs to a tall wide mouth jar and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth and creamy
Stir in the fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Taste and add more salt & pepper if needed
Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving (the flavor develops more over time)
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks
