The Best Baked Chicken Thighs

These Whole30 + Keto Baked Chicken Thighs are so easy to make and oh so delicious! They are the perfect healthy protein to serve with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Thighs Bone-in, Skin-on
  • 2 Tbls Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tbls Chicken Spice Rub

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400'
  • Trim any excess skin off of the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel
    Add the chicken to a bowl with the oil and seasoning, toss to coat (I use my sugar-free chicken spice rub)
    Place the chicken on the rack over the baking sheet (skin side up) - sprinkle extra seasoning on top if needs it
    Bake for 45-60 minutes (time depends on the size of the thighs - internal temp should be 165'F)
  • Once chicken is cooked through, brush with juices from the pan and enjoy!
