LBS LOST THIS WEEK – 2.5 LBS (this is over 2 weeks)
TOTAL LOST – 13.6 LBS
It feels almost painful how slow the weight is coming off, but I do understand that I haven’t been able to give my workouts my full effort because of some of the pain I am in. So I am trying to just be thankful that my weight is still going down. I am on day 10 of the September Whole30 and I am feeling good, my stomach pain has been better, but it is still there. I haven’t had my GI appointment yet, but I’ll keep you posted about what they say.
I am posting new challenges every Monday in my TBB Healthy Living Support Group on Facebook and this week we set 3 goals for the week and we will talk about how we did next Monday. These are my goals:
- Drink a gallon of water everyday
- Get 3 workouts in this week
- Less snacking at night
I got up at 5 to go to the gym on Monday, but I didn’t go yesterday. I want to get in a home workout today. I have been doing good with water, but I don’t think I had quite a gallon yesterday though. I am doing a Whole30, so I shouldn’t be snacking much anyway, but it is still a struggle for me at night. I love apples & cashew butter, nuts, berries etc. These are all healthy, but I don’t need to eat them if I am not hungry.
I haven’t been super hungry in the morning, so I am doing my Collagen Coffee every morning to get some protein. I usually have something light for lunch and we eat leftovers from my recipe development at night. Lettuce wraps (Italian Sub pictured below) have been a favorite of mine for lunch. My favorite dinner this week was my Sweet & Sour Meatballs with Coconut Cauliflower Rice. So yummy!
