I love me some tacos, but sometimes I just want to throw everything into a bowl and call it a day. These bowls are super easy to put together, especially if you have some of it prepped ahead of time. And if you are doing a round of Whole 30, you are going to want to have some stuff already prepared. You know I love making dishes that are versatile, so feel free to add whatever toppings you might have on hand, I put some Whole 30 suggestions in the recipe notes.
The seasonings that I used for this dish are ones that I use in many of my dishes. It would be smart to make a larger batch of this combo to have on hand for chili, pulled pork, chicken and all kinds of things! If you don’t have all the spices listed, you can stick to salt, pepper and chili powder and still have awesome flavor.
