Spaghetti and meatballs are a family favorite but since we have been changing our diet, we have upgraded! These keto friendly meatballs are packed with flavor and are held together with crushed pork rinds in place of breadcrumbs. My kids and husband love them, I know your family will too.
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl.
Form into balls and bake! You can let them cool and then store them for later or simmer them in your favorite marinara. These would also be great to make in large batches to freeze for a quick weeknight meal. Just portion them out into gallon size freezer bags and then pull out when you need them! To re-heat you can simmer them in sauce until completely warmed through.
To keep this meal low carb and gluten free, we love to serve these meatballs over zoodles with our favorite no sugar added marinara sauce.
