Repeat after me, ‘Eating healthy/whole 30 does not have to be boring!” or complicated for that matter. Real food can be delicious and so satisfying. Just like I said in my Whole 30 post, it is great to have compliant sauces on hand to throw together a quick meal. This recipe only calls for a handful of ingredients, which is also great for the budget.
Yai’s Thai is one of my favorite companies. They are local to Colorado, they are wonderful people, and they make delicious curries and sauces. All of their products are clean and Whole 30 compliant. I used their chili garlic sauce for these wings (which is spicy and packed with flavor!) but you could swap it out with Frank’s hot sauce for a more traditional hot wing. Frank’s is also compliant. I order Yais Thai on Amazon or buy it at my local Sprouts.
These wings are spicy, so make sure warn people who are trying them! My husband and I love spice. We ate these while watching some Saturday afternoon football. They would be perfect for a Super Bowl Sunday treat, just make sure you double (or triple) the recipe because they will go fast!
