I love myself a good soft and chewy brownie, but I don’t love what it does to my blood sugar. Keto Brownies are sweetened with erythritol and monk fruit. Erythritol and monk fruit are naturally occurring sweeteners that have very few calories and do not spike your blood sugar. These are much better alternatives to the artificial sweeteners that most low carb treats contain. These baked bars are also loaded with healthy fats and fiber to help keep you satisfied. I like to enjoy them after a good workout, to help my body recover.
The Chocolate Almond Brownie and the Blondie Brownie were just launched as new flavors and I love both of them. My husband’s favorite is the Chocolate Almond, while the Blondie is my favorite. They are so chewy and delicious. I love to eat them as is, but I have also cut them up and used them to top smoothies or even as the base for cheesecake!
I really enjoy these bars, they are a great alternative to to the higher carb versions. They are gluten free and made with quality ingredients. I know that a lot of you are living a low carb lifestyle and these are a great snack to have on hand, you will love them!
